FAQs

What are your prices?
Obviously, this is an important question, but without details of your design project there is no answer. Your company and project is different from every other, so it makes sense to tailor a quote to your individual needs.
My pricing varies depending upon a number of factors. Take the size of your company for example. A personal project might have just one flat need, whereas a large business might require an exhaustive documentation analyzing the competition, exploring a wide range of strategic variations, and arriving at a set of branding guidelines.
Then there is the priority of your needs. A friend once told me that you can only have two of three options in selling designs. You can choose from Quick, Quality and Cheap. So, if you want it top quality and quick, it's not going to be as cheap as if you wanted it top quality but don't need it to be at the top of my to-do list. However, as far as general pricing goes, I definitely keep it more competitive than most.

Will you use current trends with my design? I DO study up on the latest design trends and definitely use them to a degree, but I think Albert Einstein said it best when he said "If you depend too much on trends, you will end up needing a new one every few years, but if you depend on innovation you need not renew again"...
Ok, so Einstein never said that, but I'm saying it now and I consider myself to be a pretty smart guy.

How do you accept payment? With large design projects, I request a 50% downpayment prior to scheduling the work. This is payable by a number of methods: via bank transfer, PayPal, Check or Money Order. All details are included in your initial invoice, and the remaining 50% is payable upon completion of the project, prior to supply of original artwork.

Do you guarantee your work? Definitely. If I do a design for you and in the end you are not satisfied with the work, I will not charge you for it.

Will you be featuring my design in your portfolio? I do reserve the right to showcase my work, but it is not a guarantee for a few reasons. For instance,
the bigger my personal portfolio gets the more items I would have to show and I prefer to keep it a bit on the tidy side. Also, some clients will want you to do things to designs that
are not very appealing as a portfolio piece and are better not shown as a designers capabilities.

Have any other questions? Feel perfectly free to write me on my Contacts page and ask away. You can also shoot me an Email or browse my interview at whohub.com. Thanks!
